Refund Policy

The short version

Once your payment is approved and your course opens, the fee is not refundable. Before that point, if we reject your payment or cannot give you access, you get your money back in full.

When you get a refund

• We rejected your payment and you have not been given access to any course.
• You paid twice by mistake for the same course.
• We cancel a course before you start it, or we cannot deliver it.

When you do not get a refund

• Your course access has been opened. This is the moment the fee becomes final, whether you watch the lessons or not.
• You changed your mind after starting.
• You did not finish the course, did not pass the assignments, or did not earn a certificate.
• You expected mentorship, live classes, an internship or a job. CVP states plainly on every course page that it does not include these.

How to ask for a refund

Message the student desk on WhatsApp with your name, the mobile number you registered with, and the transaction ID of your payment. We answer within 2 to 4 hours. An approved refund is returned to the same mobile wallet you paid from, within 7 working days.

Free courses

The two free courses cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
