Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, and email address if you give one.
• Your date of birth, so we know whether you are under 18 and need a guardian's permission.
• Your payment receipt and transaction ID, so we can confirm your fee.
• Which lessons you opened and how much of each one you watched. This is how your certificate is earned.
• Your city or village, if you tell us, so we know where to open the next study hub.

What we do with it

We use it to run your course: to confirm your payment, open your lessons, mark your assignments, issue your certificate, and answer you when you contact us. Nothing else.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information to anybody.
• We do not send you advertising for other companies.
• We do not publish your photograph or your name without your permission. For anyone under 18 we ask the guardian.
• We do not ask for your CNIC when you register. If you give it later for your certificate, it is stored encrypted and only the last four digits are ever shown.

Your payment receipt

Receipts are stored in a private place on our server that cannot be opened from the internet. Only CVP staff checking your fee can see them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Message the student desk on WhatsApp or email info@connectedvillagespakistan.com. Certificates that have already been issued stay in our records permanently, because the verification link printed on them must keep working.
